A member of Custer Post No. 6 of Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington. On 24 Sep 1913 admitted to the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers at Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin and discharged at his own request on 26 Jun 1914. Re-admitted to the Home on 6 Feb 1915 and discharged at his own request on 7 Jul 1916. Re-admitted again on 2 Mar 1918 and discharged at his own request on 2 Jul 1918. Died in Stanton County, Nebraska.
